There's a Time for Everything-Even a New Bed!

Do you see that up there?! That's my new bed! I've ALWAYS wanted a new bed, with a fluffy pillow. Well, this bed is JUST a fluffy, comfy, soft pillow! You see, my mom happened to say this morning that they (the humans) were going to get a new bed for me. Upon further discussion I found out that it was because my mom read on some website that doggies get kennel cough because they are confined to a small area (kennel) that's dusty, and that makes them cough. So, today they went to 3 stores to find the perfect bed, and they found it! I don't get to use my cage anymore, and though I'm sad about that, I know this will (hopefully) help me get better, and come on, who doesn't want to lie on a nice, fleecy pillow?! One side is brown fleece, and the other is tan and brown striped fabric-not fleece. I like the fleece side. It took me awhile to get used to the new pillow, but I'm happy with it now! My sister is typing what I say and she says I should tell you that I'm lying spread out on my side, with my head resting (adorably, of course) on my arm/paw. I'm so cute! Well, just wanted to let you guys know the good news! Have a nice day!

That's great that you got a new bed Abby! My dog (her name is Misha) got a new bed, too! I really hope that the kennel cough will go away. How long have you had it now?

Abby is going to the vet today to undergo more intensive testing to get to the root of her cough.

Poor Abby has lung worms!
With the medicine we got, she will hopefully be up and running again in 14 days!
